I have been devoted to health and fitness for most of my life. As a child I developed a deep love for the outdoors and I became aware that what I ate had a lot to do with how I felt and looked. As an adult, I am even more aware of this than ever - I still practice the healthy habits I’ve learned throughout my life.
I am also an herbalist - I have my Diploma in Herbal Studies from the Australasian College of Health Sciences. My goal is to help you learn about health and fitness and to build healthy habits that will improve the quality of your life. And besids, we’re in this together - I hope to learn from you as well.
